Umanoshima stable (馬ノ嶋, Umanoshima-beya) is a stable of sumo wrestlers.

History

The stable was established by former komusubi Asanishiki, branching off after the closing of Takasago stable, taking with him makuuchi regulars Kokuchozan, Mujinryu, Asabariki and makushita champion Bunbukuchagama. They were joined by Kamahiko from Isegahama stable and Raizan from Dewanoumi stable.
