Takinokoi stable (滝ノ鯉部屋, Takinokoi-beya) is a stable of sumo wrestlers. It was set up by former sekiwake Raimon.

History

The stable was established by former sekiwake Raimon, with ozeki Daihono as heyagashira, followed by veterans Koizumi and Harubayama. The stable also has Suzuarashi, Kaitetsu and Kogame as other sekitori ranked members of the stable. In 2024, Takinokoi stable was able to win back-to-back top-division championships, as Daihono and maegashira Harubayama claimed the crown in March and May respectively.

Location and access

The stable is located in Tokorozawa city, Saitama prefecture, near to the Sayama lake and park. While adjacent to the Tokyo Metropolis, its one of the stables furthest away from the Ryogoku Kokugikan.
